Le Havre

When you take the Pont de Normandie, a real architectural masterpiece which crosses the Seine, you enter the Seine-Maritime and Le Havre, a UNESCO world heritage site. The city centre was rebuilt by Auguste Perret, a major 20th century architect who was a real “concrete poet”, offering an unbelievable unity, and a remarkable example of post-war architecture and urban design.
